Packers announce preseason schedule with three AFC opponents

The NFL announced the full 2024 schedule, but the league also revealed the preseason games. That's actually interesting because we had already known for some time who the Green Bay Packers would face in the regular season, but the preseason opponents hadn't been released.

The Packers will face three AFC teams in the exhibition games: the Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, and Baltimore Ravens.

The Packers will play their first two preseason games away, in Cleveland and Denver, and then a game at Lambeau Field against the Ravens before their trip to Brazil for the regular season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.

All games will be broadcasted by the Packer TV Network.

• Saturday, August 10, 3:25pm: at Cleveland Browns
• Sunday, August 18, 7pm: at Denver Broncos
• Saturday, August 24, 12pm: vs Baltimore Ravens

You might not love preseason games, but it's a highly useful opportunity for young players to develop and for fringe-roster pieces to secure a spot or at least to fight for a practice squad spot.
